To show or not to show?

I always expose the hook. I've never hassled with trying to get it just below the surface of the plastic or anything like that. I believe it's very useful if you're trying to go weedless, but as far as if the fish are going to refuse it because the see the hook....I don't believe it. If they see it at all they'll probably think that it's just a piece of debris on it or a piece of entrail sticking out or something. Beside the fact that in anything but the most clear water they can't even see it that well anyway.
