That’s the only way I can eat trout anymore. Walleye are good smoked too. I did a batch of 12-14 inchers last year and they were quick and deliscious[fishon]

Yeah I love smoked trout, but for just frying fillets these walleye tasted way better.

I just made a batter with flour, garlic salt, and some weird chicken grilling seasoning that I had laying around, then dipped the fillets in milk, battered them and fried em up!

I’m not very good at cooking fish since I usually don’t keep them but I thought these turned out pretty good.

Also, I’m thinking about going up again tonight after work. Anyone else gonna be up there?
