In my box are some jigs made to look like a minnow, with the hook eye where the dorsal fin is. Centered, IOW. They ride dead horizontal even with tidbits on the hook. Probably got them at Sportsmans.
They sound like the ticket. I’ll have to look again. Oh first try with that fly yielded 8 Sunfish and 2 crappie. But all were smallish. I like it. Jeff
