Who fishes where?

I agree with your concept. Trophy fish can’t be catagorized based soley on size, it has to be specified based on each respective species. [:)]

FSF I just got into fly fishing in the past year and1/2. Haven’t caught anything other than Bluefish so far. They are fun but you can throw a can tied to a stick and watch it get slapped around by them all day. That has been my luck in Jersey. But I have a place to stay by crystal river and weechi wachi. Have you fished that area ? Any suggestions if I get down there?

You’re in the same “boat” a lot of us are. LOL TubN2 will jump in here before long, he’s from So Cal. Welcome aboard :sunglasses:

My Wife and Me fish the waters of the world where theres fish of any species.

Im like TubeN2 if its wet and there are fish Im there. I go out of Orange County mainly and sometimes out of San diego when I got that kind of money.

i am located in SE Pennsylvania, so most of my fishing is in NJ, DE, MD area; scheduled to go to Chesapeake Bay April 24th for striper for the first time.

Should be a good trip. The Ches. bay is usually on fire whenever northern PA doesn’t get a lot of snow and rain. I have a friend how fishes the area and always has some good pics to show off.

Im another one here on the “right” side in SC, Charleston that is.
The “Catching” has been great!

Living in Kentucky it’s hard to do any salt water fishing. But, having grown up fishing the high surf, I make a point of several trips to the coast each year.

Mostly OBX lately, cuz Friend Wife loves it there. Fish both the surf and piers, with occasional forays to the sound side when the trout are running, or for crabbing.

Hoping to make it this year when the falsies are running. I’ve got a flyrod just waiting for them.
