# Utah lake dec 23rd and 24th

Hit Utah lake on Friday to try out a new location and to see if it would work out to take the kids down.Turned out to be one heck of a day with some very hot and fast fishing at times. Caught blue gill, white bass, crappie, cat fish, perch and a large mouth bass. At time it was all a person could do to fish with just one pole. The blue gill would hit as fast as you could rebait a hook and get it back down the hole.

Made a secound trip on Sat. with my girls in hopes of more of the same. Was not as fast but the kids had a great time will the numbers of blue gill and white bass they were able to pull out. My 6 year old out fished us all and was sad when I told her it was time to go. Can’t wait to get them back out for more of the same.

Well done! I just cannot find the bluegills down there this year, so I’m glad someone is. Even in the spring, the high water had me all messed up.
