TITANIUM on a boat that cost less than $200. Interesting.
But there is Asian Metal that deals with TITANIUM and as I understand it, there is different grade just like ALUMINUM.
I know on bicycles, it seem some think the Titanium is more WHIPPY…softer.

Well the frame is usually the biggest part of the price on a pontoon, in your case, HANDS DOWN.
The standard issues of these craft are just painted steel. The one they sent me was a test model for the Salty Pond.
It just happens to work good in lakes too.![]()
