# Strawberry Slush Report??

I was thinking of hitting Strawberry tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has been there Monday-Wednesday this week and can give a slush/ice report?

There isn’t any slush - its all been frozen solid. We were there Tuesday and snowmobiles and a quad were running all over the Strawberry Bay Marina area. The ice cap is 20 + inches thick.

Thank you for the report dubob! How would you rate the Fishing? Was going to go today but decided to wait til tomorrow due to weather.

We fished Strawberry Point and caught zero fish while 2 other guys in a tent about 50 yards away were catching at least half a dozen (one was a 21" cut). We moved over to Hawes Point about Noon and caught maybe 15 trout to include one cut below the slot and 2 bows. Stopped fishing about 3:15 PM.
