South Marina Cat Spankin' 9-29-10

:sunglasses:Wasabi? That is foo foo. If you are a real man you will snort a couple of lines of wasabi powder before hitting the fillet board.

Fillet Knives? I have 3 electrics…all American Angler. One is almost 10 years old and has filleted thousands of fish. I bought a replacement for it about 4 years ago…expecting it to die soon. Still going strong. But, I carry the replacement in my traveling fish processing bag for use at fish cleaning stations. I also carry a 12 volt model of the same fillet knife. Both work very well.

**The Rapala knives get mixed reviews. I tried one and do not like the blades. The points on the serrations are too long and tend to hang up too much. Also they rip the skin on cats and some other species. **

Not sure where they sell the American Angler knives these days. Used to be available all over.

Willard will be good all next month and into November.
