# soldier creek?

Going to strawberry tomorrow. Would rather fish soldier creek if the ice is safe, any reports or road conditions into the marina?

We went onto the lake from the dam road. No access for cars / trucks. Pretty much sleds or foot traffic only. Saw a 4 wheeler get stuck for a few minutes. trying to get down to the ice. About 2 ft of snow. Not certain on the Soldier Creek Marina Road, but I would bet it is about the sam conditions.  
Ice was thin where we were (south of the bathroom on the point). 3 inches of clear hard ice. More rainbows then cuts this trip.
