“TubeDude Language”? You are a wimp. I launch every month of the year, anytime I can get into the water…even through 1" shore ice.
I new I’d git yer goat I’ve seen your pics in all the ugly weather . I’d come down and go with you butI’m booked with mesquite then cabo then southern cal to hook up with the boys so I won’t be tubin til then
**All in good fun. **
Hey, how come we haven’t “hooked up” on the water yet? I plan to do some more Idaho fishing next year. I’ll let you know when we plan to head north…or maybe you could wander down this way for a float.
If you lower your standards far enough to fish with my “little boy” in California, you shouldn’t feel too bad about joining up with the old man sometime.
I haven’t baght a utar license this year I lost some help and nobody wants to work so I didn’t get much time to do any fishing joan and alan cme up this past weekend and I went the weekend before the previuos was mid sept they’ve been far and few in between and its a bit-- owning your own biz.
plus the little one might get me drunk so the skunk won’t feel as depressing with the looooonnnnnngggg drive there
Sober skunks are bad enough. Drunk skunks are worse. At least you have some painkiller.
I vote for a fishing get together at Chesterfield next spring.
If you can talk the T fambly up here i’m for it
..which Chesterfield.. I know there is one in Mo. and Il.. thats pretty far to drive for a float trip.. [:)]

Well Guys,
I assembled my rod holder this evening. Have not cemented it together yet. And I am still working on the attachment to the D rings (wire ties for temporary).

If “someone” in the area can monitor conditions and watch the weather forecast, we can be ready to launch whenever the rest of the contingent figures it is a good time.
Should be fun.
Love the new avatar pic.
Lookin’ good.
You might consider a quick-snap connector for the D ring connection. Over the years I have tried different snaps, rings, lashdowns, velcro and you name it. Anything that will hold securely, but is easy to attach and remove, will get the job done. It may take some experimentation with lengths, etc., to get the proper adjustment.
