I plan on hitting the “Port” on Saturday. I’ll probably be alone, Anyone want to join up with me, let me know. Unless someone can convince me to go somewhere else that is pretty close to Rockport that is where I’ll hang my tent for the better part of the day. I’d like to catch a bunch of nice size perch. I had had good success at Rockport at catching them, they are just not very big.

I love Rockport. I really do, but Echo has just been fishing better this winter. More and larger trout and more and larger Perch. For me anyway.
The last 2 times I went I stopped at rock, hauled my gear out and fished and asked others around for 2 hours with nada, off to Echo and scored well both times.

I’m going to skip right by Rockport Sat. and head for Echo.
