Just a word of warning about Bigfish tackle .com. I ordered 180.00 bucks worth of stuff for a trip I leave for on the 11 th of augustWas promised delivery by Aug. 6 th , guess what??? It’s not here! To that end I think it would be real useful if you can drop back in and tell us what you have done to make contact with BFT other than via e-mail.
Have you used the tracking facility, online customer service link or phone numbers on the Customer Service page?
While I do not work for BFT, supplying this feedback may allow the staff to respond to your issue - which I see consists of not having received an order that is 1 day overdue at this point in time - is that correct?
How that translates into “any” organisation therefore being “scumbags” is a real long bow IMO.
I look forward to hearing back from you on the above 3 Q’s I have raised otherwise this post comes down in 72 hours.
If you do choose to respond - which would be great - then some “calm wind” as you call for below in your quotation, may actually prevail and any “lashing out anxiety” may shift from that - to clarity - along with a useful outcome e.g. you have your gear before the 11th.
