> I bet they are putting in a concrete riser box similar to what’s at the north end outlet,&nbsp;that crane was probably placing the pipe. Once the riser is in my guess is the temp dike&nbsp;is removed.

> From what I heard, that is exactly what they are doing, putting in a concrete box but why would they bother to put all those big rocks around the coffer dam, when they are planning on removing them? I was also told they put in the pipe before they started building the coffer dam and it runs way out from the dam but who knows.
