The ones on the Blackfoot are 30-40 inches but I haven’t found them. I did find some big suckers but couldn’t hook them. Its all updates now. Good luck!!!
Yes, for those of us with 7 species, the gains will come in very small increments now, if any… 
I’ll still trying for a bigger Lake Trout and I think I can gain an inch on a perch with a little luck. I know there are several perch that have broken 15 inches out of Cascade. I’ll be surprised if could improve on any of my other fish at this point, so it looks like I’m going to have to settle for 2nd best, at best. [;)] Probably someone else will pass me up before its over.

What was the ice at Alexander and Blackfoot like? Are the edges bad, and did you have any trouble getting on to the ice?

The ice where I got the carp was a bit sketchy, I actully put my leg through on the edge at Alexander. The ice at Blackfoot is still good on the south end (I havn’t fished the north end). Palisades ice sucks bad with the slush. I havn’t been down to preston since Christmas so im not sure, I hear its got bad edges. I hope it gets cold, I have had a blast ice fishing this year, I dont want to stop yet! Be safe and go with a someone, they might save you.
