I am going on my first striper trip this spring at Lake Texoma, which runs along the Texas/Oklahoma border.

Here in Utah, we have a striper population in lake powell that is out of control. As a result they allow us to chum for them. If it is legal on the lake a lot of guys will throw out a bunch of anchovies to create a feeding frenzy. You can throw pretty much anything in there after that.
