Looking for "cheap" 12' surf blank

Winter is approaching and it is time to build. I am looking for a cheap but good (about $75) blank for surfcasting. Line weight of 10-20 lb. and lure weight of a few oz. except for my big rubber eel. Well, what do you all say, and where should I go?

(p.s. MJB-yes, this is for the Alvey 650)

I may be able to help you out I have some 2 piece 10-14’ Graphite surf blanks that might fit your needs.

Got a 11.5’ Rainshadow 2 piece graphite. Weights nothing. Price: Excellent, only $75, but feels like $175 from MUDHOLE.
