Looking for info on jig
Saw jig used on Dan Hernadez show. Casting for cuda with jig. Fisherman was able to turn jig upside down and with slight shake the cuda was off the hook.
Jig looked like hook was directly connected to jig body. NO split ring etc. connection. Looked like the old “iron slab” style jig. Fairly heavy and retreived at steady crank.
Any info on name, where to find/purchase jig would be great.

These jigs are available commercially and some people cut the hook & ring off & make their own. I’m kinda surprised Dan wasn’t telling you exactly what it was & where to get it with every other sentence. Course, I haven’t watched his show for a couple years now…

Any idea on the weight of those jigs or what distance they were casting? Might be useful if you can tell us what color they were as well.
