Anyone been fishing around Indy lately? I’d be interested to know how any one is doing at Eagle Creek or on the White River.
I have not fished either Eagle Creek nor White River for quite some time. A friend of my Dads lives in the Ravenswood area and says the bass fishing has been pretty good lately especially around the pits over by Keystone/71st area. I used to fish Eagle Creek frequently and I can tell you that there are some real quality fish in that lake. Catching them is tough, I am not a pro but am a competent fisherman and I can tell you that the bass are few and far between. When you do catch one though, they are quality.
I’ve heard that Eagle Creek has really gotten hot in the last couple of years. Apparently last year’s spawn was pretty good.
