How do you de-slime a trout?
I just scrape my knife back and forth across the fish. I take a lot of the scales off in the process. I believe this is especially important with mac’s due to their higher oil content.
I am suprised at how many people like catfish and perch more than trout; interesting to me.
tweezers work great for pulling out the bones left in the fillet (just my 2 cents).![]()
