# Hello from Arkansas

I have fished on and off for years but never really knew what I was doing. I am wanting to start fishing more and want to start really learning how to fish. I live near Beaver Lake and fish from the shore while I’m out hiking.

Welcome to the forum Dagwood!!! Although I’m not from your area I just wanted to say and let you know I am copying the post to the freshwater board as well and hope someone there may be able to also help with Beaver Lake Info.
