spend the cash and get a class 10 32 Gig card. its well worth it. also for 20 bucks you may as well get the spare battery. the battery it comes with only records for 2 and a half hours. the LCD back pack is way awesome also because you can review what you recorded right away while your out.
The fact there is no price cut on the 32, (although, can be nice to have) we opted for the 16 and figured buy another down the road…and sae a penny[;)] I will agree an extra battery is always a good thing.
The chest mount is way sweet.
the chesty sucks for me cause of my size and all the crap i carry in my [pack. the hat strap around a ball cap works well, also added that little floaty to the back door so when i drop it in the river i can watch the hi-vis floaty float just out of my reach
The head mount is cool, but every time you turn your head, so does it. I used the chest the other day with Tube Dude and I had it more on my lower chest. I realize it would be much better higher on my chest which is easy to do. So much playing with these things! Making a pole mount for the pontoon so the camer is behind me and easily removed to hold down in the water.
anybody see these on sale anywhere the best price i can find is 299.00 on gopro site for the outdoor package
your going to be very hard poressed to find any type of discount at all on them right now. your best bet is to try to grab one of the HD Hero 1080 originals off KSL since alot of people upgraded. thats most likely what we will do when we get our second

The side view of the ice as the camera comes out of the water is awesome. The videos were taken with the Gopro system and are awesome videos watching the fish fight and then come through the ice.
The cool thing too, if you mount the camera to a pole, and stickit down a hole, you can set the camera to right the picture, so it isn’t upside down when loading it on a computer.. Plus buy two and the two camera housing you can 3D.
