That’s alright, Craig-we’ll let ya know how we did.
When you get to the point you are ready to print, depending on what exactly you have in mind, I happen to “Be in the know” with some folks in the printing business, and they’ve treated me and my friends pretty good when I’ve needed to have some print jobs done.
Give me a hollar and I will see what kinda deal I can have them work for you.
Let me know if you need any editorial or proofreading help too. I’d be happy to help out with areas such as typos, grammatical whoopsies, etc.
Gonna put it on the first line of “Ralph’s Christmas Wish List” tonight…![]()
I hope Santy Claus is a fisherman and gets the list right.
Let’s let this thread die a natural death now.
I am working on putting together an ARCHIVE board for the Float Tubing forum. It will start with the “Best of the Best” links to past posts, but will also have individual threads on about 50 different topics. These will include some of our most popular fishing waters, species, tackle and techniques, etc. Each will include a collection of just the “meat” from past posts… and not all the “chatter” that goes along with them.
I think you guys will like it when we get it going.
Regarding Saturday (tomorrow’s floatilla). Right now it looks like it’s just BassAckwards, a friend of mine (who will just be floating, not fishing), maybe fishhound, and myself. BassAckwards and I will be launching at or just past “the L” at around 6:15 or 6:30 or so. Now that I live in Layton it’s a 26 mile further drive for me which equals about 30 minutes more, so I’m not getting up at 3:00 to make it there at 5:30. I’d fall asleep in the game later on, LOL.
Anyway, all tubers/tooners are invited and it’s gonna be a good time. I think the w will cooperate (at least enough to safely tube). The highest wind forcast I’ve seen in the last day or so is 14 mph.
Temps will be in the 70’s later on. It’s gonna be a great day-can’t wait!
Oh yeah, TD I want one of those updated books too, let us know when it’s done.
