I’ve floated partially frozen waters. I’ve also heard from some who ended up packed into an ice jam, floating a river with ice-sheets following them down. Takes all kinds!

I fired up the Lazer Mag this week end. It starts and runs great. Can’t wait to try it out on the ice. I keep trying to figure out if I can make it out this week end…
congrats on the new auger, try not to spend all your time drilling holes for every one, it is tempting to do but it can take time from jigging. [:p]
