Just a new post to let you know I am able to use the message board now.
Fishing has exploded in southern california we all limited on barricudas(on the iron jigs) and many had sand bass and some halibut on the bottom.
The Island(catalina)has been showing good signs of yellowtail and white sea bass in addition to the calico bass, barricuda and other assorted fun stuff.

Hey Jeff, Glad 'ya made it. Have you ever used any jigs from ‘Demon’ ? The guy who make them is the moderator of the Lures/Baits board here. I got a couple of his big ones but haven’t soaked 'em yet. Maybe today.
