a trotline is a long line with 25 hooks set out and tied off to check on later works relly well for cats. they said the same about a few dams around here the divers wouldnt go back down something scared them last i heard they say one that could swallow a voltswagon but i didnt see it so its just here say .

i have caught 25 cats on it several times and do some jug fishing too while i am out on the lake to keep me busy when the bite slows down.

well jug fishing is when you take a old milk bleach or coke bottle and tie on a weight and hook and bait it up and let it fly in the lake wind moves it around and when you see it start running you go catch the fish. simple and effective on cats.
haha yeah i can see me doin this and the guys comin along bustin me. haha the only place that would be good fer is in the connecticut. haha other than that the ponds dont have nothin that big in it to move it. haha i dont think. lake champlaine ya, connecticut, memphamagog, and some ot the lakes up in the north east kingdom, but i never seen nobody doin that round here. ahha we juist use big bobbers. ahah they,d laugh there everlovin off. ahha later[;)]

rely? huh. hahaha woke up to rainin good this mornin, thinkin bout goin to the pond with louie this mornin. if i can git my everlovin in gear and do somethin round hre first haha thanks god it,s friday! haha jack is too. they might bite pretty good this mornin. got some huge carp in the pond down here. haven never caught one but ma when she was a young girl, fell in and they started comin after her. she was scat. me too ifi were her. they come up from the river and git in the pond. brook runnin down thru. or up thru. wont eat em but fun to git on your line. i think. so gonna git goin. catch ya later haha[:)]
