But Idaho, Wy, WA.(even though it says no on the Gieco chart as I have several friends there that have to license their Pontoons) and Utah I know you need to. I am sure Ca. as they are very strict on the whole Coast Guard requirements.
Just meant it was not just Utah.
I licensed my first tube 30 years ago. They listed my 28 lb thrust Minn Kota as “an inboard/outboard”. But that was then, and the law is the same now.

You gotta be kiddin’. How would I be able to check that chart. It was the only chart I could find with anything at all on various state statutes.
