Coined “Knockout Sunday”, Week #14 saw four of the division leaders take it on the chin while the others went toe-to-toe, taking some serious blows to their wildcard aspirations.
With that being said, we begin in Jacksonville where the Jaguars ran all over, around, and through the Colts 44-17, while the Dolphins roughed up the Patriots shutting them out 21-0.
The Cardinals hung on to clip the Seahawks 27-21, while the Saints, led by another Drew Brees aerial assault, bombarded the Cowboys 42-17.
The Chiefs playoff hopes took a turn for the worse as the Ravens walked out of Arrowhead with an impressive 20-10 victory, while the Chargers routed the Broncos 48-20, in a game that saw LaDainian Tomlinson break the NFL’s single season touchdown mark with 29.
The Bills grounded the Jets 31-13, dealing a serious blow to their playoff hopes, while the Bengals continued their quest towards the playoffs as they downed the hapless Raiders 27-10.
The Eagles are soaring high once again as they slipped past the Redskins 21-19, while the Giants found a way to right their ship after sinking the Panthers 27-13.
The Falcons stayed in the playoff hunt as they posted their second straight victory, beating the struggling Buccaneers 17-6, while the surprising Titans won in Con-Vince-ing fashion, as they up-ended the Texans in overtime 26-20.
Finally, in the Monday Night finale, Devin Hester set an NFL record with his fifth and sixth returns for touchdowns in a season, as he sparked the Bears past the Rams 42-27.

So Lion fans, isn’t it great to see our players doing so well? Joey has his career game, grabbing the MVP on Thanksgiving Day and now Artose Pinner looks like Barry Sanders rushing for three touchdowns and 125 yards. And Yes … THEY NOW PLAY FOR OTHER TEAMS! There is really nothing else to say. No sense in trying to pretend, with just three more games left, it’s time to begin our healing process and put this misery to an end!
