Had a good topwater bite today with the trout, sea trout look a lot like Browns, caught a few and the bite turned off, guy near me got a nice Redfish, see if I can get some later.

get an iron skillet, 2 cubes of butter, and some blackened seasoning. those trout are some of the best cooked that way. cook long enough on one side so you only have to turn it once in the skillet, they will fall apart if you turn them too much.
