Took a day off from working, chores and everything else getting in the way of fishing to fish the Chattanooga Crappie Club tournament. Haven&#39;t fished since the last tournament so we went with our gut again. Brian had a dock in mind so we went there first. The dock was in about 10 FOW. First cast..... A 12 incher on a 5 count. Caught a few more keepers on that dock and they quit. Went for a long ride to a place we had talked about going. Can&#39;t remember the exact depth but I think it is around 25 to 30 FOW. Caught one 12 incher there. That was it there. Started working our way back to CFP. Picked up about 5 good ones in one place in about 20 FOW. Then went to a brush pile in 16 FOW. Caught a few small ones. Caught a few under a dock in 15 FOW. Pretty much caught some at every stop. Our best seven was 6.77 lbs. Again, not quite enough to place. But a good respectable finish. We were happy and had a great time on the water. Water temp when I looked at it was 58. I was using Bobby Garland key lime pie and outlaw special. 1/16 and 1/32 oz. Key lime was better of the two. Not sure what Brian was using.<br />
