Sorry haven't fishing hobble lately but I have golfed the area and the river is still up enough and looks really good , it makes me wonder why I am golfing when the river looks so good. Sorry I cant help with the bite but the water is still Up.[reply][/reply]

I also golfed it recently (wed morn) and there were several nice trout in the pools i looked at while retreiving errant balls. The flows werent enormous but the stream wasnt dry either. Wish i could fish the course, a fly rod would do well i think.

I fish it a lot, and the water levels were WAY down through May and June. However, the levels have come up in July.

I found this great site that shows river flow rates. Here is the link to Hobble Creek. In my opinion, 5.0 to 5.5 feet is a perfect flow rate for fishing it. If it gets down to 4.0, it is really slow, and tough to fish.
