started at 1:00 and went down river. the wind was terrible so i gave up jigging for cranking and caught some green sunfish along with a tiny spot here and there. we ran below the dam for cover about two hours later and started catching the usual mix on jigs and tubes -- drum, stripe, and spot. in between we had three smallmouth, two at two plus and one that went 4-2. chatted it up with Norman a bit; nice to finally meet you out on the water. aside from the wind the weather was perfect. we left right before dark.
