Anyone Recognize this Reel ??

I recently aquired this reel by purchasing a tackle box at a yard sale. I havnt been able to locate much information on it. The reel is a Coit electric reel model c. Does anyone know anything about this company? Is this a saltwater reel? Any idea of the era? thanks

You haven't gotten any replies, probably because no one has heard of that company. (outdates many of our users, including me. LOL!) I would try to find an antique professional, and go from there. It might be worth a pretty penny to a collector. []

Too bad it's missing it's original screws on the face plate. That dropped the price quite a bit.
