Fished Willard in the early afternoon 2:00-4:30 pm north of the feed lot. Managed to get one small catfish on a rapalla but no other bites. Saw one guy come in with his family that had a mess of fish. That was about 1:30 in the north marina. Hope others did better. Will give it another try on Tuesday evening.
