Day started off BAD! Done my usual pre-trip before leaving, only to find that trim wasn't working. Really didn't want to mess with it, just wanted to fish. So I decided to do something I hadn't done in a while, fish from the bank. Got to the lake at 10:30. It was about 46, wind screamin, raining. Made my first cast, wham!!! Oh man! Oh man! Its a smallie Its a smallie. NOPE!! darn drum! Oh well. I proceed to make about five more cast and WHAM!! 4lb largemouth.I caught 5 more about 1-2lbs out of that same spot and then It died. I guess I should be glad that I even caught a fish today considering...... Oh well, a bad day fishing is always better than a good day at work.
