Has Anyone Had Any Luck?

Has anyone had any luck with the cats yet? I went out to wiskey slough last week and didn't even get a bite. Today I went out to Kings inland and the same thing, no bite. As a matter of fact, no one had a bite all day. Someone told me they had a big kill last year when they worked on the levies. Is that the case or is it the wrong time? Both times I went out, the tide was out or just coming back in
