Echo Queistion

I have never fish echo.. My question is..
How is the parking there ?? Also where you park is it a STEEP decent to the pond ?? Every year i get more and more gear and it gets heavier and heavier.. This year causey just about killed me..[pirate][pirate]

You can pick a spot at Echo that had easy access by the boat ramp or farther down the road to the South.
If you go north of the ramp, it will be a steep desent to the ice.
These areas are all on the road on the East side of the reservoir.
You can also access the ice from the dam but it will be a steep walk down.

You can park above the resort and walk down the resort road through the gate. The gate opening is large enough to get a large sled through...into the resort then down the boat ramp out onto the ice...

Not a bad walk and it's not a Mt Everest trek once you call it a day... [] []
