Crappie !

Maybe the unusual weather has something to do with it but the crappie have been hammering everyone out ice fishing here in the center of the mit .
Lake Lancer had quite a bit of afternoon activity on it today when the fog lifted , the clear skys seemed to enhance the papermouths activity for all jig and livebait users . Several limits were being reported with fish ranging from 10" to 14" .

even I got out today,

I was pulling up gills hand over fist, but I did pick up a couple crappie. the crappie was all I kept,

I gave my gills to stormy and his youngest boy.

I also finaly got around to making my how to process a panfish post, I will paist a copy here on the mittin board..

I had been going to do it for years... well you know me, dont do today what can be put off till after another day of fishing [angelic]
