Halibut Steaks, 1 inch thick
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup sliced onion (or more if desired)
2 Tbsp. butter
In shallow dish, combine lemon juice, salt and paprika. Add Halibut turning to coat. Marinate 1 hour, turning Steaks after first half hour.
Saute onion in butter until tender. Place Halibut in greased baking dish; top with onion and butter. Bake at 450 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flake easily with fork.
