I have been canning and freeze drying for ever I'm about through have onions left.
this is what I will have to clean up;

this is my green house hope to get tomato's. peppers, cucumbers, summer sq.  in to late winter
I planted the end of July. will need to find some way to heat it

so no more Kokanee so this is what I'm doing now.
we got two bigger than this but was hard to get a pitcher

Our garden has taken a dump too, for the most part except for the Green beans, this cooler weather has really got them taking off with record hauls every time I pick them. We have been freeze drying peaches for over a month now, coming to an end though, in the next few weeks
