		The way I do them is just wrap them in tin foil (skin down) with a little butter, garlic powder, and pepper. Throw them on the grill. I'm not sure how big your filets are but a half pound filet cooks in about 10 min. [signature]

		Take a couple of filets and put them in the frying pan. Pour a 7 oz. can of EMBASA   "SALSA VERDE" (can be found in the mexican ingredients isle of albertsons) over the filets and cook until the fish flakes with a fork....serve and enjoy.....you gotta try it and let me know how it was.....
