I sent that link to a friend after I posted it on the other link last week. He sent it to a Tarpon guide that he knows. this was the guide reply.

"pretty cool stuff but really stupid! One of the dudes that made this film was eaten by a bull shark last year. They never found his body! Don't f*** with critters that swim with tarpon! he learned the hard way!"

Maybe it was an unrelated accident, foul play, impaired diving, etc... Can't tell without more definite information, or official ruling.
