Scotty Rod holders..

Can you show me where you mounted these on your toon?

I have a caddis rod holder that is strap on works great on toons and tubes. I would just strap it on one of the toons about where it would be comfortable and easy to grab. I would think the scottys would be the same.

Thanks albino. I'm making some platforms on the tube out of wood. Wondering what the best location is so I don't get in the way of the oars, etc.

Couldn't tell ya there. You will probably have to sit in the toon and place a rod holder where it is easy to reach and then see where the oars end up at then adjust as necessary.

Mine are and have always been mounted behind me to the left as I cast right handed.
