I need a small pencil style twin prop bait for S. Florida peacock that can be retreived at a ridiculous rate of speed. Must be extra rugged. Also, not paying $20.

I have topwaters that are called Dying Flutters, I think Heddon makes them. They are exactly what your looking for. I found a link, they are fairly cheap.

well i dont think i have seen one for 20 bucks before but i have seen some at walmart before
