Well forecast for saturday partly cloudy so i am gonna take a chance on it being fishable. Gonna hit deer creek after work saturday afternoon and shoot for some eyes. Last time i was there i was marking fish 110 feet on the bottom and had some size to them. What kind of fish would be that deep at deer creek anyone know? So anyone else gonna be up there this saturday afternoon /evening?

We are heading up to DC, but in the morning. Same m.o. as last weekend, but will probably try to cast to the bass a little more--wish it would warm up a bit.

I'm gonna be in White Pine County NV this weekend. Might hit lower Duck creek to see if there are any browns left, Maybe Illipah res. or - a long shot maybe Pruess Lake out by Garrison UT.
Far as NASCAR goes I don't give a hoot who wins long as he's driving a Dodge.

I'll be looking forward to your report on DC.
I am going to be at the Fly Tying Expo in Idaho falls, but I am gonna try real hard to get some flies wet.

you might as well drive to comins reservoir. With ice just off those football size rainbows, 40" pike and bass will keep you busy.

I'm fishing for tarpon and snook in the Everglades. It's going to be about 82 and sunny, with light winds.

Neither is not being able to call in sick when its 10 below in November and December and I have to work in that crap. Neither is having to work when the wind's blowing 15 or 20 and we hardly have a prayer. Neither is listening to some schmuck whine and cry after he misses his 18th bite in a row!
I gotta stay just a little sane somehow[ ] . . . Nobody has any idea of the sacrifices I've made with my life in order to just go fishing all the time. No family, no retirement, nothing I "own" is ever paid for, no social life, live in an old trashy house in Manila (whoopee!), rent a falling-down mobile home in Florida, etc etc. Just fish. Anybody can do what I do if they're willing to sacrifice everything else in life. Most are smarter than that! I wouldn't change it, but 99 percent of you out there are just not willing make the sacrifices necessary to spend your whole life fishing.
So yeah, its fair!!![sly][sly][sly]

Oh no doubt you make sacrafices. But when I am sitting behind my computer at work and I don't even have a window to look outside of... it does seem unfair at the time. [ ]

keep casting and casting and I could get tired typing how much to cast.
I'm hoping to get the whole fam out to east canyon this weekend. At ten o'clock sharp let's join for a prayer for southern winds to come up.(I need revenge for my 8 hour skunk day up there two weeks ago)
