Just wondering if anyone has been up there recently? I can't believe that Mantua has about 1/2 open water right now.

Didn't go to Causey , but Pineview is frozen good . Pineview measured 1 " thicker than last week , and edges froze up again .

Did you catch any perch or crappie? If you did, was there any size to them? Thanks for the report? WH2

WH2 , I gave a report but it has already left the bottom of the page . I caught 6 perch most were 8" one was 9.5" . I was trying to find some crappie or tigers but no luck . I only stayed till 1:30 pm on friday . Started snowing then and the wind was blowing so I called it a day .tight lines

I drove by pineivew sat and the was about 20 feet of open water all along the north east side of the lake.

The only open water I seen was where the streams were entering the lake . I didn't drive by the dam either .
