[cool][#0000ff]Waytago, Bro! I am sure you will enjoy your new ride. I also jockeyed a Kennebec for over a year. It was better than the donuts I had been using, but not as good as the Super Fat Cat I have had since. Those big round pontoons on the Kennebec are murder when the wind comes up. Tough to navigate in the breezes.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]We have several Utah members that pilot those Sportsman craft on local waters. Everybody seems to be happy with them. They are definitely a good value for the buck.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I am just finishing getting my Fish Cat Cougar set up and should have it out for the maiden voyage within the next week or so. I am also looking forward to being able to go farther and faster with oar power. I will also be adding an electric motor.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]PS...walleyes ARE biting at Utah Lake now. I am tubing Lincoln Beach Thursday morning to dredge up a few. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]You need to stay in touch with us tubers and tooners and get in on some of the flotillas we do during the year. Lots of fun and a good way to get a look at how others have their rides pimped.[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]No factory tubes on the Cougar. But, I have a retrofit design (surprise) that will get the job done nicely. I am just about ready to launch it. I've got the cartop rack done and I'm working on the rod tubes.[/#0000ff]

[purple]Hunt4BigBucks, I got the answer for your trolling in the tube in the sale section of BFT. It would be perfect, all you need is a deep cycle battery and a minn kots 30. Of course you have to license it, but that is under $20. a year. FLOAT POWER. [/purple]
[purple]Either that or join me in the wonderful world of fly fishing, then you don't have to troll.[cool][/purple]

Jordanelle or Sand Hollow, is where my maiden voyage will most likely be.
