If one was too ice fish with spider wire, do you think it would freeze and become unflexible and even freeze to itself on the spool?[unsure]

Hey Teroy old bud, I have used Spiderwire ice fishing at the berry, I don't like the feel of it in the cold water. It feels like it stiffins up, not frozen just stiff. So I started useing Vanish. Seems to work very nicely. Just my humble opinoin.

I used it a couple of years ago. The main reason I stopped using it was it would freeze on the reel, plus it would freeze to the rod tip. I would always have to un-thaw it.
