Update on BFT
#21
I found out that I don't have a problem getting on the site when using my cell phone. Also, try giving a different browser a try, that seems to help as well. I recently found out the problem of getting on the site has to do with the cookies the site uses to know who you are. So I deleted the cookies and it works now. Just some more suggestion to try.

I never have trouble getting on, but I never use a phone or Windows.

Do consider using the Brave browser. It has a VERY good ad blocker built in, and is one of the more private and secure browsers.

Interesting Rocky.  I never heard of Brave before.  I've been a DuckDuckGo user for several years now with uBlock Origin ad blocker.  I did a little research and found this comparison of the two browsers - DuckDuckGo vs Brave.

I like to keeps things as simple as possible, so I'm going to stick with DuckDuckGo.  But Brave seems like a reasonable alternative for those looking for a little more customization ability.

Bob, I use Brave and also add uBlock Origin. Kinda belt and suspenders, but I get absolutely NO ads or popups, even on YouTube.

And Brave loads pages eyeblink fast.

I do disable both their rewards and crypto wallet functions. Both have issues.

Lastly, I recommend always have at least two browsers loaded. Sometimes, a webpage won't work with one but will with another. My backups (on different machines) include Librewolf, Ungoogled Chromium, Vivaldi, and (last choice) Firefox. That because Firefox no longer keeps your data private.

We are going to have a planned power cut today, so I may not reply to any questions for a while.

Glad I could help. You should probably disable the Rewards and Wallet functions, as both have given people issues. Except for that, it's a great browser. And you'll love the background pictures that change with every tab or refresh. Gorgeous.

You'll find that they issue updates pretty often. That's because they update the ad block signatures as soon as new ones appear. They change the backgrounds about every six months, and the current ones are brand new.
