I don't have much for you but I just checked the camera at Provo and the harbor has ice. One or two people are fishing from the docks.

I was out at the State Park this morning for 3 hrs. Got one perch and one white bass. Ice is half inch thick in the harbor.

1" at saratoga park marina, threw a rock through the ice, between me and one other guy we got some whitebass and 2 perch

Public, 3" maniac minnow in the predator color did best, only about 1" of ice I threw a rock through it to fish 😂 tons of people though
