Cutler 6/18

I had to go to Logan today so afterwards I stopped at Cutler out by Benson Marina. I was on foot and tried a couple of spots close to the bank. Ended up catching a couple of small 15-18" channels on sucker pieces. They were really shallow up next to the bank. I've only fished Cutler a couple of times and really don't know where to fish. I released the ones I caught. Better than getting skunked.

Good work catching a few on foot! It is a lot better than a skunk. Thanks for the report and pictures. They are sure showing their spawning colors!

Wow they are colored up... used to be pretty fish out of here, but they are looking pretty tough these days... Glad someone is exercising these fish up here, I'm not doing a very good job... Thanks for the report... Jeff
